1315 Alma Ave. Walnut Creek
The Montecito is a condo complex located at 1315 Alma Ave. near Alma park in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek. Constructed in 2002, there are 120 units total. Condos here are one and two bedrooms units and between 680 and 1000 sq ft. The complex is a very popular complex among working professionals due to it’s close proximity to downtown Walnut Creek and quick access to Interstate 680.
The Montecito has a home owners association. Amenities include a gym, clubhouse parking and security. Dues are approximately $500/month.
Condos at 1315 Alma do not have rental restrictions, meaning owners here are free to rent their units. However there is a limit to how many owners can rent their units at one time.
One of the best features of The Montecito is it’s location. It’s just a short walk across beautiful Alma park to all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Walnut Creek.
